Service Description

Pricing per day, includes workshop preparation, facilitation and attendance. For longer engagements it may be possible to run two workshops per day. Let's talk to design the right approach for your organisation. Purpose: Create a culture of sustaining change by encouraging employees to understand existing AI offerings and leverage existing AI tools effectively in the workplace. Workshops can be run in conjunction with a specific digital implementation, or stand alone to support the general AI maturity of your organisation. We will * Conduct AI awareness workshops with the team. * Hold open discussions about what's currently on offer, what's working in employee use of AI, and what's not. * Draw out fears and blockers to adoption. * Foster a culture of continuous learning and curiosity. * Discuss potential solutions, such as customised learning paths for different roles. * Supply appropriate recommendations following the workshops. * Develop, supply or investigate learning or change management solutions following the engagement.
