Your Coach is available to workshop your challenges and to act as a confidential sounding board for direct feedback. Understanding your strengths and weaknesses as a leader will improve your decision-making, your ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and increase confidence in your people and process leadership. For Everyone: Your Coach will keep you on track and help you maintain the drive towards your commitments. We will help you establish plans, set milestones and boundaries and improve time-management by focusing on the areas of greatest impact. Cancellation Policy

As an online service, we request all payments to be made upfront to secure our Services. Please notify us if you wish to re-schedule a session. We'll be as flexible as we can, but we hope you'll understand we may be constrained by other appointments. Where we have at least 24 hours prior notice, we may be able to re-schedule only once per month to a mutually convenient time. We'll try our best, but we're unable to guarantee that if you miss a session, we will be able to re-schedule. Refunds for any cancellations are at our discretion and not for change of mind, inadequate information or where you fail to act on our advice.
