Accelerate guides you to focus on the most value-adding change management steps in an express timeframe. From creating a high level impact assessment through to a readiness plan, producing fast results, supporting project and program delivery and enabling business readiness.
We hope you enjoyed the program, and we have one more session with you. Before you book your final session, please work through the Accelerate Assessment Centre below.
